The book with photos of vegan food from Austria and Ethiopia with short recipes will be out end of April at amazon.com and amazon.de. It will include some Ethiopian meals and many traditional Austrian recipes – vegan made, which are at least as tasty as the original ones (which are with lots of meat), if not much more flavorful and for sure more ethical.
